Final answer
Let me tell you, some people think they're pretty goddamn important. I guess I'd be less irritated if I didn't expect people to be halfway decent, but I have been cursed with the habit of not only expecting half an effort, but also giving second and third and thirtieth chances when they're not deserved. Why? I don't know, but I'm sure as hell learning my lesson, starting now. Why expect people to be decent and forthcoming when they've proven time and time again to be excuse-ridden weasels who only call when they want or need something from you? Why I never learn the first time around is beyond me. Hell, why I never learn the 100th time around is beyond me. I guess the best thing to do at this point is to learn NOW and not make the same mistake again. Giving someone a second chance is one thing, but no one needs 30 chances. Final answer.

Yeah, the people you wrote about are definitely not worth even giving a second chance. If they're so immature to where they can't even respond to you or give you a definite answer whether they're going to do something or not is just plain rude and tacky. Seriously, who is THAT petty??
